Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan leads JLL’s People & Process consulting practice, where he advises executives of some of the world’s largest companies. A four-time winner of JLL’s prestigious “da Vinci Award for Innovation” he is an industry thought leader and co-author of the book “Six Sigma for Sustainability” (McGraw-Hill, 2011). Mr. Jordan has experience in banking, technology, consumer products and other industries. He uses his expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and change leadership to help companies set and achieve shareholder goals in areas such as cost reduction, employee experience, and environmental sustainability. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a LEED AP.
