How TalentCulture helped Ivanti increase its Social Share of Voice by 31%

Through its “Making the Everywhere Workplace Possible” approach, Ivanti finds, heals, and protects every device, everywhere – automatically.
As part of Ivanti’s best-in-class ambassador program, they set out to partner with top influencers to help gain Share of Voice, increase brand engagement, and elevate social follower growth.
Additionally, they wanted to work towards a larger goal – telling the Ivanti story while humanizing the Ivanti brand in all social assets.
So, how could we add influence and bring a more humanized Ivanti message to our community?
With TalentCulture’s vibrant online community of 500,000+ (and growing) members, website visitors, social followers, podcast listeners, and subscribers, we created a holistic content marketing approach and influencer program designed to lift the Ivanti brand to our targeted, captive, and engaged audience.

The TalentCulture brand plus key influencers Meghan M. Biro and Cyndy Trivella amplified Ivanti’s reach on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to help drive SOV, increased engagement, and grow Ivanti’s social followers. Targeted content was carefully planned, created, and distributed, further imprinting the Ivanti message with our multi-influencer audience. By leveraging all social media platforms and influencers, we could fully maximize this campaign’s reach and impact.
We leveraged key stakeholder Melissa Puls, Senior Vice President and CMO at Ivanti, to help humanize the brand and drive further engagement through audio storytelling with the #WorkTrends Podcast. We folded in the #WorkTrends Twitter Chat to bring Ivanti and the TalentCulture audience together for a one-on-one conversation.
Ivanti’s Share of Voice was under 1% when the program started. TalentCulture contributed to a 31% increase by the end of the program.
With over 250 participants, the Twitter Chat with Melissa Puls increased social engagements by 158%, impressions by 447%, and reached 800k users.
Social listening impressions went from 21% to 28%.
