Content Originality and Guidelines
All content must be produced exclusively for TalentCulture and cannot be content published elsewhere. The guidelines are:
Pitches and articles with SEO optimization in mind are STRONGLY preferred
Article length: 600 – 900 words (can be slightly under/over)
Back up article with data, research or stories (not just Internet research)
We observe AP style of writing
Stats or facts must be linked to original, credible sources
Must provide author bio, social accounts, handles/profiles (company Twitter is permitted)
Use active voice
Keep paragraphs at/under 200 words and sentences no longer than 20 words
Promote Your TalentCulture Article
We encourage our contributors to promote their articles via social media. The TalentCulture team will also promote your article and make it shine! All promotions must cite TalentCulture as its original source and provide a link to the post at TalentCulture.com.
It is not permitted to repurpose the article on any other source. You may include the original link to the article found on TalentCulture within a newly developed article.
How To Submit
If you are a current or past HR or Recruiting Practitioner and have an idea for an article, please email a short “pitch” using the form on this page for your article to be considered. We can’t respond to all requests to submit content, but we will respond to all accepted pitches as quickly as possible and thank you ahead for your patience. Note: your article must be thought leadership focused not be promotional or “salesy.”
What Happens After Sending Your Submission
Once received, the TalentCulture editorial team will review your pitch and if accepted, you will be asked to send a full draft. You may be asked to make edits or support your statements, and while substantial changes are subject to author approval, we reserve the right to make small edits for SEO purposes.
