The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, from 7-8 pm ET (4-5 pm PT). The #TChat radio portion runs the first 30 minutes from 7-7:30 pm ET, followed by the #TChat Twitter chat from 7:30-8 pm ET.
In a global market where the “recruiter spends on average 6.25 seconds reviewing a resume” (according to Susan Adams from Forbes), and focuses “80% of their time on Name, Current Title/Company, Start Dates and End dates and Education,” it’s no wonder the “gut feel in hiring” is less accurate than a coin flip.
To recruit and develop the best (and learn from mistakes). To drive better “customer” experiences. How can HR leaders and the businesses they support leverage insights in their changing workforce quicker, leaner, responsively and now more predictively?
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-founders and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we learn about the predictive power that HR can bring with this week’s guests: Chad W. Harness, VP of Lead Human Capital Analytics Consultant at Fifth Third Bank; and Jen Phillips Kirkwood, ADP Analytics and Innovation Ambassador.
Chad is Lead Human Capital Analytics Consultant at 5/3rd Bank and an evangelist for leveraging quantitative talent throughout the organization. He led the creation of 5/3rd’s Quantitative Leadership Program, which develops leaders who are as comfortable coding predictive models as they are presenting their findings in the C-Suite.
Jen Phillips Kirkwood (JPK) is a 20 year veteran serving the HR and IT community as a consultant. She currently serves as an Analytics & Innovation Ambassador to assist clients nationwide at ADP in the large market. She is also founder of Reach4Innovation.com, a private social networking e-consultancy.
We hope you’ll join the #TChat conversation this week and share your questions, opinions and ideas with our guests and the TalentCulture Community.
