Anita Anthonj
Anita Anthonj is the CEO and co-founder of Talaera, a web-based platform that provides non-native English-speaking employees with personalized English training anytime, anywhere. Since moving to the US from Germany 13 years ago, Anita spent the past ten years prior to starting Talaera working on numerous international TV, film, commercial and stage projects, surmounting countless cultural and language barriers. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, BBC and Huffington Post amongst others with Buzzfeed calling her favorite project, Signal Strength “the coolest video chat in history”. Now, armed with over a decade of experience helping fellow co-workers regain the confidence they so effortlessly exhibited in their native language, she has founded Talaera. The company's singular focus is to empower non-native English-speaking professionals to tap into their full potential in an English speaking business world.
