Anne Whiting has real-life, in-the-trenches business acumen and a passion for taking leaders to the next level. With experience as an external consultant as well as a line manager with responsibility for more than 50 employees, Anne has coached leaders at all levels from the Csuite to first-time managers and understands the challenges leaders face. People who’ve worked with Anne say her strengths lie in asking tough questions, helping create a deeper sense of self-awareness and encouraging multiple ways of looking at an issue. Anne’s consulting and coaching work includes helping organizations and leaders manage change and leadership transitions, resolve conflict, build high-performing teams and focus on the leadership behaviors that drive business results. Anne’s direct industry experience includes consumer packaged goods, aerospace manufacturing, professional services, information technology, and healthcare. Anne has led efforts in quality improvement, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, organization design and talent acquisition and held global Human Resource leadership roles at the Coleman Company, Spirit Aerosystems, and LSI Logic. Anne has worked as a management consultant for Right Management and Kaiser Permanente assessing and coaching top-level talent and working with leadership teams to improve organization effectiveness. Anne earned her Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. She has presented at numerous professional conferences on the topics of employee engagement, organization design and executive coaching.
