Burcu Ulucay

Burcu Ulucay has been in translation and editing profession for ten years, working for translation agencies with a mission to help major companies overcome cultural and linguistic barriers. She is the translator of several novels and a voluntary member of TED Translators to which she contributes by translating Talks on wellbeing, success and mental health. Developing and educating herself on the subject of employee wellbeing, Burcu joined Wellbees as a content creator. In close collaboration with her colleagues at Wellbees, she writes articles for Wellbees Blog on various topics from employee experience and wellbeing in the new reality to hybrid work and organizational culture. Burcu has a Master’s degree in Critical and Cultural Studies from the University of Westminster, London.
