In a company whose mantra is “people are our purpose,” Cheryl plays a leading role in the alignment of its people strategy and company vision. Her ability to bring the voice of the people to strategic decisions lends itself to deeply fulfilling employee journeys within a client-centric organization that has been time-tested with respect to its own resiliency.
Having joined Gongos in 1998, Cheryl's natural strength in managing teams and developing individual skills has guided her focus on fostering a highly collaborative, mentoring and strengths-based organization. Prior to leading the people group, Cheryl was Research Group Leader where she was integral in fostering deep relationships with her clients and among interdisciplinary teams.
As Gongos’ first telecommuter, Cheryl paved the path for our growing philosophy of remote efficiency. She has both a Master of Marketing Analysis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
