Chris Dornfeld is the president and co-Founder of Bonfyre, a relationship-based employee engagement and workplace culture platform. For 20 years Chris has applied his talents in strategy, technology and performance management to solve complex problems and build high performing organizations. His experience spanning start-up companies, global corporations, higher education and as the CIO for the City of St. Louis gives Chris a unique vantage point to understand culture, relationships, technology and their impacts on human performance. Additionally, Chris has founded and served on the board of several not-for-profit companies. Recently, he led the creation of a national collaborative network to address STEM education in partnership with science centers, GE and National Geographic.
