Dan Carlson is the Senior Manager, Ecosystem Insights, Marketing, and Communications at Degreed, where he focuses on the intersection of internal and external ecosystems. With 20+ years of experience in education (L&D, HR, & IT,) Dan specializes in evaluating technological capabilities and creating optimal user experiences to identify and mitigate risks and provide strategic guidance.

Dan holds an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from the University of Texas, a B.S.O.E. in Criminal Administration, and two Associate degrees: One in Criminal Justice and another in Applied Science, Instructor of Technology, and Military Science. Dan served 10 years in the United States Air Force Security Forces.
