Donna Rogers is an instructor of Human Resources Management (HRM), Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Behavior (OB), and Strategic Human Resources Management at UIS College of Business and Management (CBM). She teaches online, blended and face-to-face classes. She is also the owner of Rogers HR Consulting and has recently earned the new Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM.)
