Hawley served as Principal Product Manager at Saba Halogen for over 8 years and in that time delivered several leading products and features such as 1:1 Exchange, Feedback Central, new reporting frameworks, external 360-degree feedback, internationalization and Talent View. Recently promoted to the role of Head of Learning & Development within the People Team, Hawley has now taken proactive role in helping Saba understand its own learning gaps in the organization in all departments including engineering, technical support, customer support, sales, marketing, administration, and partners. Hawley will be instrumental in shaping new internal initiatives around Global Onboarding, Performance Management Essentials, Management Essentials (Management 101), and Leadership Development among other programs.
