Jim Carrick-Birtwell, co-founder of Changeboard, was appointed as the CEO of plotr, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, in April 2013. He was previously a Partner for at the SR Group, a specialist recruitment company that includes brands such as Frazer Jones and Taylor Root. Jim is passionate about helping organisations close the skills gap and empowering young people so that they have access to the tools needed to make more informed decisions about their education and career choices.

It always amazes me the stories I hear about people who are new to the world of work.
