Kevin Heinzelman is Workhuman's Senior Vice President of Product Management. He oversees Workhuman’s Product Management and Design, Business Analytics, and Workhuman iQ teams. Initially joining Workhuman in 2019, he has held several leadership positions throughout his tenure across ecommerce and product management. In his current role, he leverages the collective expertise of these teams to guide and accelerate Workhuman’s momentum, ensuring Workhuman remains at the forefront of revolutionizing employee recognition and engagement solutions for the modern workplace. Kevin previously served in Category Management and Operations leadership roles at Wayfair and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Ithaca College.
