Kelsey Stephens

Kelsey Stephens has served as a member of PAN’s Talent Measurement Consulting team for nearly four years.  Kelsey received her master’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis’ Industrial/Organizational Psychology program, where she focused on research surrounding diversity in the workplace. Through her applied experience, Kelsey has worked on multiple client-facing projects that have involved conducting job analyses, making assessment recommendations for clients, implementing validation studies (ranging from content to criterion-related), completing EEOC compliance evaluations, and presenting findings to key client stakeholders.  Kelsey also provides a great deal of support to PAN with research, training, test development, competency framework creation, and other critical internal projects that support PAN’s offerings. Through her years of sifting through PAN’s catalog of assessments, Kelsey has become an expert in understanding the components that make for a solid psychometric assessment. Kelsey regularly attends and presents at national conferences such as SIOP (The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology), IPAC (International Personnel Assessment Council), and ATP (Association of Test Publishers).  Her presentations center around best practices and advancements related to various types of testing and the consideration points surrounding delivering assessments by means of mobile devices.
