#WorkTrends Recap: Building Successful Business Partnerships
Whether you’re an employer or an employee, young or aging, health care is a big deal. It’s ever-changing and businesses are fighting to keep up with the evolving regulatory landscape and an increased desire from prospective employees to offer some level of health insurance.
This week on #WorkTrends host Meghan M. Biro was joined by special guests Cristy Rewenko, AVP, WEX Health and Craig Silverstein, Product Manager, Paychex. They discussed how their respective companies forged a successful partnership to deliver unprecedented service to their clients, while enjoying the benefits of their mutual partnership.
Here are a few key points Cristy and Craig shared:
- Key to keeping any relationship strong is good communication.
- Partnerships are a great way to provide secondary offerings to clients. Utilize partners’ strengths to satisfy client needs!
- Philosophical fit is critical, but don’t underestimate the value of bringing in new and different perspectives
- Don’t be afraid of Partnering. Look at all options to try to bring a great product to market
