The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, April 16, 2014. #TChat Radio starts at 6:30 pm ET (3:30 pm PT) and the convo continues on #TChat Twitter chat from 7-8 pm ET.
Last week we talked about employee assistance programs (EAP), and this week we’re talking about how to build a culture advantage.
Unfortunately there’s a disconnect between our general awareness about culture and a clear understanding of what it takes to improve performance without compromising your uniqueness. Leaders end up piecing together “culture” improvements and best practices that are often not specifically connected to the top performance priorities.
There’s a better way that’s based on decades of work in this field. Leaders need to connect the right set of improvements to get over the “culture tipping point” where momentum, results and buy-in grows.
Culture will be widely accepted as the ultimate differentiator in organizations within the next 25 years. The focus will over-shadow strategy, talent, technology and all other areas.
Join #TChat co-creators and hosts @Meghan M. Biro and @Kevin W. Grossman as we learn more about cultural advantage with this week’s guest: Tim Kuppler, co-founder of The Culture Advantage and CultureUniversity.com.
Sneak Peek: Connecting With Cultural Awareness
We spoke briefly with Tim in a G+ Hangout to learn a little about building a cultural advantage.
