Talent Plus is rebooting its podcast with Let’s Talk Talent, launching Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
Makenzie Rath, President, of Talent Plus offers, “Podcasting is growing exponentially with predictions that there will be around 424 million podcast listeners worldwide by the end of 2022. Creating the ‘Let’s Talk Talent’ podcast will not only allow Talent Plus to reach a wider audience but help us continue to increase brand awareness and thought leadership, build trust, and better humanize our brand.”
Uploading once a week, listen as Mark Epp, Talent Plus Management Consultant Director, interviews seasoned talent experts who share stories and provide insight into how organizations can reach their full potential — through the power of natural talent. Each podcast episode will be 12-15 minutes long. The first episode features Rath; followed by episodes interviewing research consultants Alice Pyclik, Ph.D. and Jonah Garbin; Director of Leadership Analytics Scott Whiteford, Ph.D.; Management Consultant Bridget Johnson; Vice President, Client Experience, Matt McGuire; and finally Talent Plus Advisors Network member Bryan Williams who will share Talent In Action Stories.
“In a hybrid world,” concludes Rath, “we want to place content in places where it’s easily accessed – whether commuting, riding your bike or walking, even listening with a team.” All podcast episodes will be featured on the Talent Plus website as well as on popular podcast directories such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, and more.
