The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, from 7-8 pm ET (4-5 pm PT). The #TChat radio portion runs the first 30 minutes from 7-7:30 pm ET, followed by the #TChat Twitter chat from 7:30-8 pm ET.

Really. Email productivity. We know, we know — sounds like a contradiction, but it’s not.
Email as we know it today is outdated and was invented before “Internet” was a household name. Instead of our managing email — which really manages us — what we need is a better way to communicate that focuses on deeper engagement and better outcomes.
It’s time for email to act more like a personal assistant. That’s something the world of work needs today.

Carolyn is a Design Director for IBM Social Business, where she specializes in user experience design. Her area of focus is in designing better ways for business people to receive, act on, and share information. She and her team members are versed in the areas of user research, user interaction design, visual design, design development, information architecture and information design. In addition to user experience design, Carolyn is well versed in software development methodologies lean, agile and continuous delivery. She gets that developers want to continuously deliver, so her job is to help IBMers to continually deliver delightful experiences.
