Building a great team starts with great hiring strategies. While you may be aiming to recruit professionals who have similar backgrounds, educational histories, or skillsets, I encourage you to think outside the box. A diverse team is a better team. The choice is clear: Hire the same old employee or recruit those who can actually contribute to the growth of your company.
